These terms govern your use of ZeltoSoft's tools, including ZeltoPDF. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them. Please read carefully — if anything is unclear, contact us before signing up.
1. Who we are
ZeltoSoft is an independently operated software project. It is not currently a registered company. We provide these terms in good faith to set clear expectations between us and you while we operate at this stage.
2. Using our services
You may use ZeltoPDF and our other tools for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use our services for unlawful purposes.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@zeltosoft.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Pricing and billing
ZeltoPDF is currently offered at an introductory price of ₹150/month. Payments are currently handled manually rather than through an automated billing system, so your subscription will not auto-renew or auto-charge unless and until we move to an automated payment processor — at that point, these terms will be updated and you will be notified before any change takes effect. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be given advance notice before any price change applies to them.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can request cancellation at any time by contacting support@zeltosoft.com. Because payments are currently handled manually, refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us and we'll work with you in good faith. This section will be updated with a formal refund policy once automated billing is in place.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep our services available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Services are provided on an "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for losses arising from outages, data loss, or issues outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
