Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
1. How ZeltoPDF handles your files
Most ZeltoPDF actions (such as merging, splitting, and reordering pages) run entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers for these operations. A small number of operations require server-side processing; for those, your file is processed temporarily and deleted shortly after the operation completes. We do not keep copies of your files.
2. Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address or username, and a securely hashed password. We use this information to operate your account, provide customer support, and send you service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payments
We currently process payments manually/offline rather than through an automated payment gateway. If you pay us, we do not store full card numbers or banking credentials. We plan to integrate a third-party payment processor (such as Razorpay) in the future; when we do, this section will be updated to reflect that processor's role and we will never store your raw card or bank details ourselves.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
5. Future products
Cloud storage and photo-backup features described elsewhere on this site are planned but not yet available. Once launched, this policy will be updated with specifics about how that data is stored and protected before those features go live.
6. Your rights and contact
You can request a copy of your account data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@zeltosoft.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised policy.
